Steven is an Ajax Pickering Raiders graduate, OJHL alumnus with the Whitby Fury and Wellington Dukes, and a USPORTS alumnus from Nipissing University. He is currently playing professionally in Germany, where he has spent multiple seasons in the DEL2 and Oberliga, most recently serving as captain of the Bad Tölz Lions.

With experience working with minor and junior players, Steven focuses on detail, habits, and developing skills that translate into game situations. His approach emphasizes consistency, execution, and helping players build confidence and understanding within a competitive environment.
